Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE within the United Kingdom and orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcel service. We are also happy to deliver any where else in the world and there is a single charge of £2.50 no matter how much you order. All orders are sent through Royal Mail Airmail service. We endeavor to despatch orders within 24 hours and delivery shouldbe 4-5 days within the UK. Golcar House will always endevour to deliver items promptly but accept no liability for delays in delivery which are outside of our control. If items are not in stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery however you will be advised of this by e-mail should this happen. ReturnsOnce the order has been placed and payment has been received we endeavour to despatch items within hours of receiving it and so it is not always possible to cancel it. To avoid any problems please double check your order on the screen before confirming and paying. Thank you. Once you have received your order you have a period of seven working days within which to return any goods to Golcar House. We will not charge you any return fees to do this but you must cover postage costs. Please send all returns to the address below in the contact us section.
